Order issues

Hello,

On April 19th i ordered some earrings but i never got them.
I logged in to Sanshee to check out my order info & it says “Awaiting Payment” but i completed my payment on April 19th.

I contacted sales (4 days ago) but still no reply from them…

I would really like to straight this out.

Hi Zakat,

Our customer service team was away Friday and Monday. They’re back now and catching up on the emails. Let me know if you don’t receive a response from in the next 24 hours and I will take care of you personally.

They did reply & said to wait 2 days for the system to “refresh with the confirmed order”...
Ill wait since there is nothing i can do anyway but it seems silly since the order was placed & payed more than a month ago.

Just sent a mail to the customer service and got their automated reply.

“Our customer service team is currently on call at an event. We will be
responding to all incoming customer service issues by Wednesday May
30th. Sorry for the inconvenience.”

Normally i wouldn’t make a big deal about this but the fact is i ordered 2 months in advance, before my friends birthday just so I am 100% sure that it will get here in time.

Is it possible to speed this up ?

The next few months are quite hectic for everyone in the company because of non-stop conventions. So I’ll help you out as best I can from afar.
I looked up your order and it says that it was not paid on our end. I know there were a couple days where Paypal was just being fussy, but I can’t remember quote when that was since I was not around.
I will have our shipping team look in Paypal to see if it’s there and then I’ll get back to you.
I appologize for the issue. I hope we can get it all cleared up.
