General Returns and Exchanges
If you made a mistake when creating your order, ordered the wrong size, put in the wrong address, or even just had a change of heart and want to return, contact us and we can help arrange an exchange, refund, or re-ship. Returned items will need to be in the same condition you received them in and we ask that you cover the cost of postage to return them to us. Refunds can only include the cost of the item; we cannot refund you for shipping costs or customs fees.
Size Exchanges:
Please refer to our sizing chart before purchasing your order to make sure your measurements are correct, but if you have an issue, please contact us and we’ll assist you in accordance with our exchange policy above.
International Exchanges
We generally do not provide exchanges for orders made outside of the US due to the high cost of shipping. We ask all our international customers to be extra careful when placing their orders and entering their addresses.
Non-returnable items:
Blind bag/box items, download codes, the Sanshee Mystery Items, promotion/contest prizes, and other items as noted on their product page cannot be returned for refund or store credit.
Refunds
Refunds can only be made to the original form of payment and cannot be made to alternate forms of payment.
Cancellations
We strive to process orders as soon as possible despite, so it is of the utmost importance that if you think you made an error in your order that you contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we will be unable to process your cancellation and will at least have to charge you for shipping.

Purchased FNAF Freddy Bear for my 12-year-old son. While this is intended to be a collectible and not a toy, it seems sturdy and will hold up to reasonable use by a pre-teen. The detail is on the character is great and it's obvious at first glance which character it is intended to be. Highly recommended for FNAF fans of all ages.

The Re-release Freddy is great! Although, his face did come a little weird for sure on arrival, but after some playing around with the stuffing I managed to get him looking pretty awesome. I would definitely recommend if they restock.
P.S...a RBG puck light looks so dope on them all, and you can get Freddy looking nice and vibrant, as he lacks a little color, but it's not a big deal to me at all.

There is nothing like a Sanshee Five Nights At Freddy's Plush! More true to character than any other brand, Sanshee captures the personality of the eerie series but keeps them cute and approachable. The level of craft and detail is perfect. Freddy is one of the originals, a must have for any fan and collector. I think he came perfectly. He came at Just the right time, I was sick when they arrived and it really made me feel better. When I saw him he looked perfect and the collectors card has a special place on my display shelf. I'm really happy with it. I like the Freddy plushie very mutch, it is big and accurate to the real game. The fabric is very soft and i like the colour's for the freddy plush though the only minor issue is his head, its a bit weirdly shaped but that doesn't bother me the least. Its honestly my dream come true and i never thought i would get such a great plush. I would definitely buy the whole set even the Fredbear and Golden Freddy plush. I would give this plush a 10/10 its definitely worth it.

This plush is very well made, it’s soft, well stuffed, and is very cute. One of my main issues is his coloring, it’s far too light. Another one of my issues is that his head has too much stuffing, barley giving it a shape resembling the character. My last issues, which is relatively minor, is his nose. My came with a nose that moved around a lot and could be twisted very easily. Overall a pretty decent plush.

This plushie is sooo cool! There is a couple of reasons I gave it four stars instead of five though. One, the overall design, I don’t like it as much as the 2016 version :( His face is a little too goofy. Also, his fur color is WAYYYY to light. He almost looks like Golden Freddy it’s so wrong. But anyways, this plushie is still super soft, fairly priced and well made :) 8/10.
