Our goal is to provide a fair and empathetic set of policies for our customers and to build a relationship of mutual respect. Not all policies here listed will cover all situations and we reserve the right to update or change these policies at any time or without notice to better improve our customer experience. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or suspend/terminate your account for any reason at any time including, but not limited to:
- Violation of any of our policies.
- Attempts to circumvent our per-customer limit.
- Chargebacks, especially if your order has been received.
- Fraud or any illegal activity.*
- Refusal to pay customs fees/taxes.
- Harassment of any Sanshee employee or partner.

Coupons Discounts & Promotions
Sanshee Coupons & Discounts
Our site uses a variety of bundling discounts, coupons, and other discounts that are linked to our website’s coupon code field. Due to this limitation, only one coupon code/discount can be used at a time and they cannot be stacked.
Unless otherwise stated, discounts & promotions offered on our website do not apply to purchases made at our physical locations at events and vice-versa.
Discounts that have a requirement of a cart value to be activated are based on the subtotal, not the price after shipping or taxes.
Referral Rewards Discount Codes
Sanshee may on it's own, or in partnership with another company, occasionally offer referral rewards for customers who refer friends or family to our site to purchase items.
Please be aware that referrals should only be used for non-commercial, personal purposes. This means that referral discount codes must not:
- Be posted on or distributed through coupon websites.
- Be shared with mass groups of people in any medium without the prior approval of Sanshee. If you do want to share a referral code with your online groups, followers, etc. please email us at support@sanshee.com so we can review the request.
- Be sent to known or unknown individuals using bots/automated systems in any medium to distribute your referral code.
If we determine, in our estimation, that an account has been engaging in activity that we believe is abusing the referral codes and/or their rewards, or is in violation of our policies, we reserve the right to cancel the order, decline purchases made with any reward dollars accumulated as a result of abusing the referral coupon codes, and/or suspend/terminate your account.
