The customer service team responds to emails and messages within 24-48 business hours, Monday through Friday, 10 am to 6 pm Pacific Time.


Want to see us at your convention or expo? Need to send us an invoice or other contact information regarding a convention? Please do not email that to personal emails, use our booking email!



Have a portfolio to show off? Want to send your resume our way? We are always accepting new resumes for all positions. If you think you may be a good fit but we don’t have a position listed, please forward us your cover letter.



Are you making a game you want merch for? Do you have licensing or collaboration inquiries? Want to get in touch with someone for general bizdev questions?
