We're Looking For A Product Coordinator!

The Product Coordinator is a hands-on role responsible for managing the development, production, and delivery of Sanshee's product line. This position requires the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. The Product Coordinator works closely with the Art & Design and Logistics teams to ensure the accuracy of products and timely delivery of the inventory to our warehouse.


Product Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee aspects of product development from concept to launch, working with Sanshee's Art/Design and Logistics teams to ensure quality of manufactured items
  • Ensure that products are manufactured on time and to design specifications
  • Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Communicate product creation, development and shipment progress reports to team members
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise throughout the product development process and act as liaison with factories to resolve any issues of subpar products.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Able to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with internal and external team members.
  • Experience in product development/coordination preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or project management/production software

Nice to Haves

  • Knowledge of product design, materials sourcing, and manufacturing processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Design or related field

This position is part-time for 20 hours a week to start, and the wage is $20 USD/hr. There is potential for this to become a full-time position should business demands require it.
