Hello again, friends! We’re here with an update about operations for the next couple of weeks that we thought you’d like to know. Specifically, we’ve got both Anime Expo and RTX happening basically back-to-back. Since conventions involve travel, set-up, and breakdown time in addition to the actual cons themselves, many of our staff will be out of the office from July 1st to July 11th. Additionally, we'll be closed on July 4th for Independence Day.
There’ll still be some of our excellent Sanshee staff here to pack and ship orders, of course, but it may take a little longer than usual to get them out or answer customer service related requests. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this fun but busy time. And hey, if you have the chance, stop by one of our shows and say hello! We always love getting to know our Sanshee fam.
