Although there was a bump in the road with my Mordin plush customer service was there to save the day. I absolutely love him. The songs are perfect maybe even make me tear up a bit. The magnetic seashell was an amazing touch. There is not a single con to owning this cute little Mordin. He's a great size, sings the songs from the game and the Citadel segment or DLC and has his little seashell that he would have loved to have run tests on when the war was over. Very happy with purchase and hope to collect the other plushies. Maybe grab Tali and Thane next. :) 5 stars all around

I got him as a Christmas gift to end 2020 and honestly...he's made so many of my days already.
The button to activate his singing isn't sensitive enough to go off by accident, which is good when you take him to the grocery store, car rides, dates, and bed with you.
I find myself happier every time I sing along to one song with him whenever I'm down. Exactly what I needed to help me through this horrible year.
He's not exactly super soft though, so if you want maximum cuddliness out of him, I suggest a long-sleeved shirt to bed and to position your scientist salarian to face his back towards you when you sleep. That way the chances of you rubbing your face against his embroidered markings in your sleep are smaller.
Take good care of his seashell!! The magnet is a very good quality and the seashell generally stays on without trouble. But I'm careful so I do occasionally take it off for the night.
I tried to use it as a fridge-magnet, but the seashell is not suitable for that. (Unfortunately. Would have been an easy place to keep it safe.)
Honestly... I have no complaints. He's lovely and I might be giving him more attention and love than my wife at this point in time. I'm sure she'll be fine once the Grunt I bought her arrives.

Bought good ol Mordin for my friend for his birthday, I actually didn't see at first he sang songs, so it was a delightful surprise when my friend freaked out after noticing a zipper on his back and then pressing the button! Totally worth every penny!

I am very pleased with this plush, it was definitely worth the wait (okay, i kinda love him). It's nicely done and sound quality is sooo good, great to hear Mordin's songs again :) I can't also complain about delivery to Europe via DHL - it was quick and I was provided with all necessary info on the way.
