WHAT TO DO NOW?
Your order may not ship the same day its shipping label is printed. We’ll do everything we can to get your package shipped as soon as possible, but with high volumes of shipments and limits to how many people are in the office at a time (to ensure both your safety and that of our employees) orders may ship up to four business days after the shipping label has been printed.
Due to a large weather system impacting much of the US, our shipping partners have informed us to expect delays across the country. This is also causing an impact on our pick-up schedule, so orders may take longer than anticipated to arrive.
Shipping occurs on business days only. This excludes all weekends and U.S. holidays (For example, if we start processing orders on a Friday, and the following Monday is a holiday, processing will not resume until Tuesday, etc.)
Check your order confirmation email and make sure that your name, address, etc. are all correct. If something is amiss, let us know!
