Late last night we received a notification from U.S. Customs that due to an exceptionally high volume of items waiting for inspection, shipments of our plush would take one to two months longer to be inspected and cleared than we were initially told to expect. This will affect our Rain World Gourmand, Blue Lizard, and Pink Lizard Plushes. As of this time, the Rain World Art Prints are still on track to arrive at the end of the month, however should they also be affected by an unexpected delay, we will let you know as soon as possible.
While we know this is a disappointing update for you (and for us as well) the reality of international shipping means we can only wait until customs has caught up and completed their inspection. At present, we do not have an expected arrival date, but we will make sure to update you when we do. We will also provide any other relevant updates as they become available.
Although the delay is out of our hands, we’d like to offer our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, as we’re always committed to doing the absolute best that we can for our fans. That remains true now, and we will do everything in our power to keep you informed and to get you your plush as soon as possible.
